I recently retired from the medical field, and restarted my passion for sewing. I want to learn to make my own patterns for girls, and women - I like simple designs so that I may embellish the fabric and garment. My goal is to be competent with pattern design -I would even consider getting a degree in fashion design or illustration/graphic design if needed. On the advice of women in the know, taking classes from Cal Patch at Creativebug may be all that I need. Now that I have created a wonderful work and sewing studio in my home, I am ready to get to creative work. I am looking forward to this new adventure in my retirement.
