This modern quilt design uses 12 large-scale blocks that are strip-pieced, which can be assembled in different orientations to achieve a different finished design. Heather shows you how to cut and strip piece fabric and then cut them into blocks. She also talks about how to work with bias cut edges to minimize stretch. As well as nifty technique for sewing consistent ¼” seams. Heather teaches how to assemble the quilt top, which is an accessible design for new quilters, as well as experienced quilters looking to try out a modern aesthetic.

Good video for learning the top part of the quilt. A little fast for me being as a 1st timer but thats the beauty of being able to stop and rewind. I only wish there was more instruction about putting it all together and quilting and then binding it but I will figure that out I guess but atleast I learned how to make the top part

Very disappointed, it did not demonstrate how to make and assemble the whole quilt, including the batting, the backing and the binding.
