Courtney teaches two ways to make vibrant pennants: by cutting out customized letters and gluing them in place, or with iron-on letters and a sewing machine. - Two ½” x 12” pieces contrasting felt for ties
- 2” x 9” (or longer) piece of contrasting felt for border
- Scissors
- Chalk
- Pressing cloth
- Iron
- Ironing surface

- Large ruler
- Freezer paper
- Pencil
- Tacky Glue
