Here’s what you’ll need:

For US sizes 4 - 22

Main body: Quilted fabric, either bought or made, approx. 2½–3 yards
Sleeves: 1 pair of adult jeans, or 1 yard of medium-weight denim, or quilted fabric
Rib knit for collar, cuffs, and waistband or quilt binding for edge finishing
Jacket zipper and machine zipper foot
Scissors, and rotary cutter and mat
Ruler
Pins and/or clips
Chalk/marking pen
Sewing machine and thread
Iron and ironing surface
