Here’s what you’ll need:
  • 44-45" wide fabric light-to-medium-weight
  • Approximately 1 yard of 3/4" wide elastic
  • 1 1/2 yards of coordinating ribbon at least 1/4" wide
  • Coordinating thread
  • Measuring tape

  • Sewing machine
