Making hand rolled truffles at home is easy and yields professional results! - 200 grams dark chocolate (un-tempered)
- 200 grams whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 25 grams butter
- Raspberries
- Metallic dusting powder
- Cocoa powder
