The directions were very easy to follow. I love the pace of this tutorial.

If you need instruction on Fairisle, knitting in the round, steeking, picking up, mitred corners, attaching a backing and more, this is an excellent class.

I didn't like while she was attaching the backing she stated 'this doesn't need to be neat' as it will not be noticeable. If it IS messy, it may be very visible. Also, I know that steeking can also be done with either a crochet hook or tapestry needle and yarn. I realize those were not explained as this class seems to be for beginners. It should have been stated that when carrying the floats in subsequent rounds that they should be caught as before, but NOT directly above a previous caught float or they will show on other side. Still if this is one's first fair isle, It is a nice project.

I like the speed of the instructor. Not too fast so I could understand what she was saying and she didn't drag it out either. The gauge in the written materials is way off, and that really threw me until I asked in the comments. I couldn't even get to the corrected gauge with size 5 needles and had to use an 8.

I have always liked Kristin’s down-to-earth approach to her books and videos.
I enjoyed this video a lot but did find that it would have been helpful to include all the steps. I found the video skipped a few steps and assumed we know how to fill in the gaps. Eg: binding off mitered corners and sewing cushion closed.
Maybe they are in the written instructions, but would have been really helpful to see it demonstrated.
I hope Creativebug does more videos with Kristin! She is so creative.
How about one of her lovely children’s sweaters or her fabulous Christmas stockings?!
Thank you kindly
