Cal will teach you how to take proper measurements and create a pattern for a simple skirt with darts. Then take her Intermediate Sewing class to learn how to put it together. With these basics, you'll be on your way to creating a whole new wardrobe.

- pad or roll of paper at least 14″ wide (can be newsprint, drawing paper, etc.)
- pencil
- eraser
- sharpener
- scissors (for paper)
- ruler (ideally 2″x18″ clear plastic sewing ruler)
- tape measure
- clear tape
- Hip curve (or other curve tool)
