I use opened up paper grocery bags to clean paint off my brushes & rollers. Lots of these hanging around the studio. I ran over to a pile, folded & cut and have a bunch of tidy little books ready to go. Fabulous! The size of an opened up bag is smaller than the paper in the video, but the finished book is still a good size - about 4x5 inches.

Loved this easy but awesome way to make a book from a single sheet of paper! This is a power packed video! The length was just right! The instructor skillfully demonstrated and explained her methodology, including pitfalls to avoid, as well as suggesting multiple uses for the books! She even showed several examples of finished books! I will definitely use this idea to make art books for family and friends. I am a calligrapher, sketcher, painter, poet, and a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). I can use this bookmaking technique to showcase all of the above art forms! Thank you so much! This one video is worth way beyond the cost of the trial subscription, and it's only the first one I've tried!

Love making these zines! I've been using smaller, cheap watercolor paper and cleaning my brushes off on it or using the sheet to mix colors. When full, I fold it up and save it for doodling in.
