I felt like there were little bits of missing information. For example, for the chocolate base, it says to have “500g or approximately 1 lb dark and white chocolate (Mark uses Callebaut 811)”. However, that doesn't inform me of specifically what I need to buy. Looking at supermarkets/ shops near me, I have no idea what to buy because the host's instructions were not detailed enough. I would have liked if the host had talked us through what type of chocolate to use, what the ordinary person might have available to them at supermarkets. And there were other little points where the host would say to do something, but not give us instructions on how to do it; that, as a beginner, I don't know how to do.
As a basic overview of how to do it, it was okay. But, because of the missing information, I think I'll skip trying out the project.

Video had lots of information regarding tempering the chocolate. I love the spatula with the temperature gauge already in it, very useful!. Thanks

Enjoyed this class with expert teacher very much! He did a very good job of explaining things in a clear/simple manner. I feel after this class, anyone could make these chocolate bars without prior experience! I can't wait to try making some! I think there are many other colors/additives to put in the chocolate bars which would be fun and creative to try.
