The class was good but I had some problems.
Some of the measurements just didn't add up. For example, I couldn't get the back armhole right. Despite checking measurements multiple times the back measurement jutted out past the armhole depth, making a weird shape. In the end I just free handed my own armhole which worked ok.
Some things just didn't make sense. For example, Sanae used the no-dart front sloper to cut her muslin and then added a dart to the muslin. Made me wonder why we made a darted sloper. Anyway....I will use the darted sloper and see what happens.
Overall, quite a good class but will need to look at other videos on how to make a sloper.

I have Sanae's book but I needed the visual to see how she makes her sloper. Watching the video clarified the steps for me.

Very thorough and a great complement to Sanae's book. Really enjoyed her method and relaxed teaching style.

this is a great class. Not overly complicated but just comprehensive enough for the home sewist to begin drafting their own patterns and getting better fit on commercial patterns. I am very happy I watched, and plan to watch her other muslin making courses. I made my front muslin already but not the back, so I will tackle that and make the sloper and see how it works for me. I am also glad she gives some "troubleshooting" fit tips as this has always been a problem for me. Hopefully with the guidance she gives, I can make this work for me!
