Learn how to take a single geometric motif and create a suite of party projects, playing with scale and color to create decorations with big impact. You can use the motif as a stencil to paint everything from a large design on a tablecloth to a small design on a planter, or you can play with quantity by stringing together dozens of paper cutouts for a photo-booth backdrop. Courtney also presents ideas for using the leftover cutouts for party favors, like a pillow box container with a decorative trim. To cut out the pieces for all of these projects, you can use a cutting machine like Cricut Explore™ to speed up the process, or you can cut out the paper and stencils by hand with an X-acto knife and cutting mat—the choice is up to you! The end result is a cohesive collection of projects that will add a glamorous touch to your next party.

Teacher was great, don't get me wrong. However, it seemed really outdated.

The best part for me was her clear and concise directions at the beginning on how to use the Cricut Explorer. I’m joined Creativebug just for this very reason. This girl gets 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her ability to give directions clearly!!
