Hi Pamala, Courtney removes the stencil from the backing at the beginning of the last chapter right before she sticks it to the vase. Perhaps rewatch "Spray paint design on vase" again? I hope this helps clear up any confusion!

This presenter is very concise, but thorough in her instruction. This particular video was very fast-paced. Since it's so short, you can watch it once then just pause it at intervals if you wanted to follow along with it while you do the craft.
